Solvay 77

Solvay 77, registration NY3131F, was built in 1931 at Villeneuve la Garenne with a 30hp Deutz engine. All information is from Vagus-Vagrant.fr unless otherwise stated.

Solvay 77 was put up for sale in 1985 upon the retirement of Raymond and Paulette Parent. It was bought by Mr. & Mrs. D., a boatman from Flize (08), who renamed it "Neptune". After a few short years of sailing, they sold it. Around 1990, the couple Jean Marie & Nicole S., a boatman from Ponthion (55), bought it, keeping its name "Neptune". It ended its career cruising the sands of the Moselle River. Unfortunately, it was scrapped in November 2024 in Pierre-la-Treiche (54).
