Solvay 42, registration NY2431F, was built in 1903 in Saverne. The information on this page is taken from Vagus-Vagrant.fr unless otherwise stated.
She was bought by the Dombasle (54) factory from the Sarralbe
(57) factory after the First World War (the Sarralbe factory being in annexed
territory, the ships were also built in annexed territory).
There are few records of Solvay 42 and the experts took a long time to confirm its history. When Solvay 42 was sold around 1963 she was renamed Nil Admirari and re-registered as PA132?F.
